Tech Lead

Education & Experience:   

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field
• 5+ years’ experience as a React.js and NodeJS developer technical projects and resources
• Created functional REST API’s or e-commerce web sites using Express framework
• Have great written and verbal communication skills
• Onshore/offshore specification/documentation style, agile and hybrid implementation methodologies with the different organization structures around them.
• English proficiency, both written and spoken and if not to show continuous improvement to avoid dependency         
  

What will be your responsibilities?

• Learn and implement the best practices of developing Server Side Rendered or Single Page Applications using react framework
• Build an app which is going to be our base app, which we are going to build other apps by extending this
• Lead and create a themable web application so we can easily clone this app to other projects
• Daily review of code developed and related critical evaluation, with particular attention to UX, stability and performance issues       
• Lead, Design and implement the REST API’s which will be placed as a middleware service between end user applications and e-commerce backend engines
• Plan and design scalable solutions that are suited in the architecture with better handling and queue implementations
• Proposal and evaluation of services and external libraries to be integrated into the applications, through the development of POCs       
• Lead and Implement complex solutions with state-of-the-art technologies together with the team
• Lead and Enable the business units by supplying a rapidly deliverable solution architecture
• Plan and document the design of the infrastructure with unit tests, regression tests and mock responses
• Responsible for the quality of the deliverables of the project against requirements and promoted lead practices
• Partner with project teams to clarify requirements, initiate solutions and develop deliverable software in the iterations of Scrum
• Plan and build a reusable framework that will expedite launching of new brands on the same platform
• Manage and implement caching and full-text searching capabilities on API level
• Willing to work in GMT+3 time zone
• Be flexible and understanding of Agile principles
• Ability to handle Multi-tasking and prioritization
• Ability to work independently if necessary
• Close collaboration with the product owner on the business side and the business analysts with the aim of gathering specifications and performing the assessment of the effort needed to implement them
• Work with the Solution Architects to ensure the team delivers to best practice & quality guidelines
